Traditional Marquees

Our traditional pole marquees are timeless and elegant structures, instantly recognisable by their sweeping roof lines and classic silhouettes. Supported by central wooden poles and secured with perimeter stakes and guy ropes, this style of marquee creates a beautifully romantic setting that is especially popular for weddings, garden parties, and countryside celebrations.

Crafted from high-quality canvas, the roof is gently tensioned over the centre poles to form graceful peaks giving the interior a light, airy feel. The central poles become a natural feature of the space often wrapped in foliage or soft draping to enhance the atmosphere. These structures work well lined or unlined and feel open and organic, blending seamlessly into outdoor surroundings.

Traditional pole marquees are best suited to grass areas where they can be securely anchored, and their modular design allows for various sizes to accommodate both intimate gatherings and larger events. The combination of natural materials, flowing lines, and warm ambience creates a charming, elegant and versatile event space.
